On September 29, KhAI hosted the Second Khai-IT Cup, an information technology championship for high school students. The participants of the championship performed tasks of four IT departments of the university (302 – information management systems, 304 – computer science, 503 – computer systems, networks and cybersecurity, 603 – software engineering) in the fight for our prizes and the main prize – the Cup!

The Championship was attended by 120 students from 40 schools in Kharkiv.

We are grateful to each of the participants of our championship, as well as to the representatives of the schools for their interest and well-prepared students!The winner of the cup was Miroshnichenko Yegor, a student of the 11th grade of the Lyceum №27!

Congratulations to all the guys who showed good results and won prizes! These are students of gymnasium No. 55, boarding school “Giftedness”, school № 16, gymnasium № 144 and others!

We are grateful to the university administration for holding the Championship, to all the organizers – the IT departments of KhAI and sponsors – the leading IT companies of Kharkiv – Epam, CHI Software and others!

As part of our event, an open lecture on “Does EIT provide equal opportunities? The Arithmetic of Measurements”, for which we would like to express our gratitude to Maria Mazorchuk, a representative of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment.
